TOURNAMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Participation in the 2025 Hawks Nest Golf Club Myall Classic is subject to the terms and conditions below.

1.Payment is required in full to process your registration and in the unlikely case HNGC cannot meet your requested requirements for the tournament (ie preferred tee time, all team players etc), HNGC will refund your payment in full.

2.Players who notify Hawks Nest Golf Club of their withdrawal from the tournament will be subject to the following cancellation fees.

  • Before Monday 21st April – Full refund of monies paid less booking & processing fees. 

  • From the 22nd April – 29th April – subject to committee approval.

  • From the 30th of April – no refund or credit will apply.

3. In the case of tournament disruption/cancellation due to weather or other circumstances;

  • If the tournament organisers determine the course is playable, no refund will be provided should you choose not to participate.

  • If the tournament organisers deem the course unplayable, a refund will be offered according to the tournament’s conditions of play.

4. Format of the tournament.

  • Mixed Single Stableford Daily Event + 4BBB

  • Mixed 36 Hole Stableford + 4BBB

5. Handicaps – All players must hold a GA handicap. Maximum 36.0 for males and 45.0 for Females.
